ABSURD

Absurdist humour or Surreal humour has roots within the world of Surrealism and is a form of humour where deliberate violations of reasoning produce illogical outcomes and situations.

The humour arises from a subversion of an audience's expectations, so that amusement is founded on unpredictability along with the ridiculous or the unlikely.

Surreal humour tends to involve bizarre juxtapositions, non-sequiturs, irrational or absurd situations and expressions of nonsense.

ABSURDISM

Closely related to existentialism and nihilism, in Philosophy "the Absurd" refers to the conflict between the human tendency to seek out the Meaning of Life and the human inability to find it.
